Debra Clothier (MSc) has been the Chief Executive of two national charities previously, primarily in the field of criminal justice. She was Chair of the Restorative Justice Standards and Accreditation Board when standards (and Quality Marks) were developed, for that field of work. She currently sits on the Minister for Justice’s Victims Panel and is contracted to the European Commission as a ‘criminal justice expert’. She has worked extensively with vulnerable young people in practice, policy and organisational management and she was part of the Caulfield Inquiry set up by the Howard League for penal reform, to look at the ‘Treatment of Children in Secure Settings’. She is a trained mediator.
