University Explained is a joint event between the five North East Universities and can help you support your son, daughter or ward in the decisions they will have to make regarding university.
This year’s event will be held at Durham University on Saturday 4th November.
The programme will offer a range of informal sessions that address common questions, such as:
- Which course and university?
- What happens during the application process?
- What financial and transitional support is offered for students?
- What are the career options?
The event is aimed at parents/carers of pupils who are currently studying in Year 10, 11 or 12/first-year college, but open to any parent/carer who has an interest in finding out more.
