20/10/2015Care Leavers in Higher Education Research - request from the Care Leavers' Association

The Care Leavers' Association currently has a Care Leaver student Carla working as an Intern in their office. While in the office, and as part of her University dissertation she is carrying out research around the support provided to Care Leavers of all ages wishing to enter/studying Higher Education. She will be presenting her findings with recommendations to professionals in Local Authorities and Higher Education Institutions at this year's NNECL (National Network for the Education of Care Leavers) Conference on 4th December. To help gather the voices and experiences of Care Leavers who are studying/studied at degree level and beyond she has produced a survey. If you, or if you know of any Care Leaver who has Higher Education experience, please complete/share the following survey. All data used will be anonymised and will not be shared with anyone outside of the research project. Completed surveys will also be entered into a prize winning raffle!
