The HESA provider consultation which includes a proposal to broaden out and break down the care leaver record has now gone live with a deadline of 17 June.

The survey is asking not only about the content of the changes but the year in which it would be feasible to implement them (i.e., 2021-22, or 22-23) and includes a burden assessment score question.
