Alan is Vice Principal - Student Experience & Inclusion at Oldham College and led the College's successful submission for the NNECL Quality Mark.  He has over 30 years’ experience in the employment, education and training sector, with a significant track record of successfully leading and managing change programmes in post 16 education & training.  Alan enjoys working collaboratively at local, regional and national levels.
