Rashmi Dhake joined NNECL as a Communications and Operations Officer in February 2025, supporting strategic communications and operations. She brings over a decade of experience in marketing, stakeholder management, content strategy, and brand communications across healthcare, consumer healthcare, and higher education.

Previously, Rashmi worked at the University of Reading as a Content Officer in the Marketing, Communication and Engagement department. Before moving to the UK, she managed marketing initiatives in the healthcare sector, driving brand growth and strategic planning across international markets.

She holds an MSc in Consumer Behaviour from the University of Reading, an MBA in Marketing, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM). Rashmi is passionate about using strategic communications and digital engagement to expand access and opportunities in further and higher education for students with care experience.
