Catch22’s National Leaving Care Benchmarking Forum has released the Care Leaver Local Offer Report, to support local authorities in raising the standard of provision across the country.
The toolkit will be of interest to practitioners and policymakers and anyone with an interest in improving outcomes for care leavers.
